Description

You will serve as the technical point of contact for software development queries, troubleshooting client issues, and analyzing problems within the existing software ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries regarding software development issues and technical questions.
• Apply software development knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
• Analyze technical problems within the existing software ecosystem.
• Provide clear technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, automation testing, or application support.
• Strong foundational knowledge of software development principles.
• Experience with .NET framework.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience with SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java.
• Experience with Python.
