Description

You will lead a team of 9-10 software engineers on complex projects, owning project planning, capacity management, and technical architecture reviews.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 9-10 engineers, conducting performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
• Perform project and capacity planning to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups for roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Collect team metrics and KPIs, communicating status to stakeholders.
• Review technical system architecture to ensure quality and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong project planning and capacity planning expertise.
• Ability to measure and report on KPIs.
• Technical system architecture review capability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional product and design teams.
