Description

You will design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models. You own the full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and validation.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility within constraints.
• Collaborate with systems analysts and engineers to define system interfaces and performance requirements.
• Develop and direct software system testing, validation procedures, and documentation.
• Supervise the work of programmers, technologists, and other technical personnel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating data for system analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning.
