Description

You will design, develop, and maintain server-side, domain logic-intensive enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-volume transactional systems.
• Lead the re-platforming of large, business-critical enterprise applications.
• Develop and deploy 12-factor, containerized APIs to AWS or Azure.
• Debug complex issues within legacy systems to inform modernization efforts.
• Author clear, concise design documentation and participate in architecture reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience on enterprise-wide applications.
• Expertise in Java coding practices for mid-tier business logic applications.
• Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Core.
• Proficiency in OOA, OOD, and OOP principles and design patterns (e.g., SOA, Microservices).
• Experience utilizing relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Sybase.
• Familiarity with Source Control Systems like GIT and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Experience developing applications in C++, Java, or .NET, especially during re-platforming.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
