Description

You will build and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance search functionality and user experience for support agents and customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate tools using Coveo, Cognigy, LLMs, and generative AI to streamline search and support workflows.
• Maintain and evolve full-stack applications within an Azure Cloud environment.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and customer support teams to implement feedback and improvements.
• Incorporate industry trends in search integration and AI into customer portal development.
• Develop products that add direct value to the support organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience engineering large-scale commercial applications and web services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Coveo and AI technologies including LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong computer science fundamentals with expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data management on large distributed systems, specifically MongoDB and Redis.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, CI/CD, and agile development practices.
• Experience building high-traffic websites at scale in a full-stack environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud services at scale on AWS or GCP.
