Description

You will develop and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance search functionality and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate tools using Coveo, Cognigy, LLM, and generative AI to improve support agent and user workflows.
• Develop products that provide direct value to the support organization.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and customer support teams to implement feedback and improvements.
• Maintain and evolve full-stack applications within an Azure Cloud environment.
• Apply modern engineering practices and stay current with trends in search integration and AI.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience engineering large-scale commercial applications and web services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Coveo and AI technologies including LLM and generative AI.
• Experience building high-traffic websites at scale in a full-stack environment.
• Working knowledge of Redis and MongoDB.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools including Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data management on large distributed systems.
• Solid computer science fundamentals and experience with agile development and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services at scale on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
