Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Extended Reality solutions as a Technical Lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance for XR applications.
• Design scalable architectures and define technical requirements in collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Develop immersive user interfaces, interactive experiences, and realistic simulations.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including project planning, estimation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure application quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance profiling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in XR technologies including AR, VR, and MR.
• Strong proficiency in C#, C++, or Unity3D.
• Extensive experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in C++, SQL, Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate product requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents.
