Description

Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based enterprise applications. Own the full lifecycle of microservices deployed on OpenShift and AWS. Mentor junior engineers to elevate code quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality software solutions using Core Java and Mongo DB.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and AWS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills

• 11-16 years of experience in designing scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on expertise in deploying and managing solutions on OpenShift and AWS.
• Proficient in Core Java and Mongo DB.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
