Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical leadership to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Design and develop modern, responsive frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and manage cloud-native applications on AWS ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Integrate applications with PostgreSQL including schema design, query optimization, and transaction management
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for applications and APIs
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to improve development speed and code quality
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
• Monitor application performance, logs, and system health to proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and delivery activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across frontend, backend, and cloud engineering practices

Experience Required:

• 11 to 13 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience with AWS cloud-native application development
• Experience integrating and optimizing PostgreSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and Agile methodologies
• Mandatory experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor
• Exposure to TypeScript is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
