Define technical architecture and engineering standards while modernizing legacy systems and integrating generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce coding standards, clean architecture, and SOLID design practices across multiple teams.
• Architect and guide the implementation of LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Drive the progressive modernization of legacy enterprise systems into cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Conduct architecture reviews and impact analyses to ensure system maintainability, performance, and security.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and Communities of Practice while promoting CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and scalable backend systems.
• Experience with Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven track record in legacy system modernization and cloud transformation.
• Ability to design secure, scalable AI integrations compliant with healthcare data standards.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and influencing technical decisions across global teams.
• Strong background in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with orchestration frameworks for AI agents.
• Knowledge of TDD and Agile methodologies.
