Description

You design, implement, and evaluate multi-file coding tasks to train AI models across TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, and Go.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites to validate code quality and correctness.
• Review peer-generated tasks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world engineering practices.
• Evaluate model-generated outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine task guidelines and improve training processes.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for software development.
• Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go programming languages.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in designing, testing, and reviewing software systems.
• Applied knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in evaluating code.
