Description

You will build and maintain AI platforms leveraging LLM and GenAI capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and fair solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-stack development including design, coding, implementation, and production deployment support.
• Build AI solutions using LLMs, Transformers, and RAG, integrating ML document processing pipelines with RPA platforms.
• Develop and integrate robust APIs using REST and GraphQL for platform and portal connectivity.
• Establish proactive monitoring, manage performance and security, and support production deployment readiness.
• Perform code reviews and collaborate with delivery partners to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python, SQL, and RDBMS.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, including SageMaker, IAM, and cloud deployment models.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment tools (TorchServe, SageMaker).
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts including NLP, Hugging Face, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Understanding of security concepts including encryption and network security.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and end-to-end software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to multi-cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with RPA tools and automation workflows.
