Description

Lead Flutter development for scalable iOS, Android, and Desktop applications. Architect solutions, mentor a team of four, and own the full development lifecycle from requirements to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build efficient, scalable multi-platform apps for iOS, Android, and Desktop using Flutter.
• Architect applications to meet NFRs including performance, security, and accessibility.
• Mentor, delegate tasks, and track progress for a team of at least four members.
• Review UX/VD designs for technical feasibility and derive technical requirements from product specs.
• Write and review unit tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality via Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of programming experience, with 7-9 years in software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter framework for mobile and desktop.
• 2+ years of team leading experience with a team size of 4+.
• 2+ years of experience in technical mentoring and task delegation.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, source code version control, and bug tracking.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and full development life cycles.
• Experience with Android development and multi-platform architecture.

Preferred Skills

• B. Tech / BE / MCA or MSc in Computers or equivalent.
• Experience designing scalable desktop applications alongside mobile apps.
