Software Engineering

• B. Tech / BE / MCA or MSc in Computers or equivalent or higher.
• 7 to 9 years of programming experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Flutter.
• Solid understanding of the full development life cycle.
• Has at least 2 years of team leading experience with team of at least 4 members.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in Tech mentoring, Delegation of tasks & tracking for the assigned team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and build efficient, scalable multi-platform apps for iOS/Android using Flutter Development Framework
• Hands on experience of designing and building scalable multi-platform applications for Desktop AND iOS and Android using Flutter Development Framework.
• Well versed in Designing and Architecting scalable multi-platform applications for Desktop AND iOS and Android Mobile Application using Flutter Development Framework.
• Ensure that the Desktop and Mobile Applications are highly scalable, reliable, secure and meets other NFRs like performance, Accessibility and so on.
• Review UX-VD Designs from technical feasibility perspective
• Understand the product/project requirements and derive technical requirements from it
• Review the user stories/requirements for completeness and update the technical detailing
• Ability to split complex requirements into simple development tasks
• Proficient in writing/reviewing unit test cases
• Knowledge of Configuration Management methodologies (source code version control, bug tracking and requirement traceability).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline.
• Should be well versed with Agile
