Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the full technical execution of the CRM and operations platform including architecture and development standards.
• Lead system design, performance optimization, uptime monitoring, and scalability improvements for enterprise platforms.
• Manage and grow a development team of full-stack engineers, QA professionals, and business analysts.
• Create comprehensive engineering processes, sprint structure, code review standards, and QA workflows.
• Work directly with leadership, sales operations, call center, marketing, finance, and field operations teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Oversee integrations with dialers, finance platforms, call intelligence tools, installer platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Build and improve modules for CRM, dispatch, pipeline management, geo-routing, reporting, and AI-assisted call intelligence.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering speed and code quality across all projects.
• Recruit, mentor, manage, and hold engineering team members accountable for deliverables and performance.
• Ensure fast delivery without sacrificing stability, quality, or security standards in all software releases
