Direct technical execution for the CRM and operations platform, leading architecture, development standards, and a cross-functional engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own system design, performance optimization, and scalability for enterprise CRM, dispatch, and AI-assisted call intelligence modules.
• Manage, mentor, and hold accountable a team of full-stack engineers, QA professionals, and business analysts.
• Establish engineering processes, sprint structures, code review standards, and QA workflows to ensure stability and security.
• Translate complex business requirements from sales, operations, and finance teams into clear technical specifications.
• Oversee integrations with dialers, finance platforms, call intelligence tools, and third-party APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
• Strong background in full-stack development and CRM systems.
• Proven experience in team management, technical leadership, and project management.
• Expertise in API integration and quality assurance roles.
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering speed and code quality.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geo-routing and pipeline management modules.
• Familiarity with call center operations and field service workflows.
