Description

Lead engineering teams to build and operate a composable software platform, ensuring technical excellence and positive customer outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead software teams to deliver products through clear communication and hands-on engineering tasks, including coding and debugging.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and usage scenarios.
• Coach and mentor engineers and leaders while recruiting top talent for the team.
• Improve engineering practices to meet efficiency, reliability, and serviceability goals.
• Operate critical runtime components using observability for root cause diagnosis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, deploying, and operating commercial software.
• Hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, Java, and C++.
• Experience building low-code/no-code platforms, compilers, or code generation tools.
• Expertise in domain-driven, event-driven, and microservices architectures.
• Deep knowledge of deployment models across public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering commercial software for AWS, Google, or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
