Description

Lead the design, prototyping, and development of software solutions for semiconductor equipment components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop common software modules and libraries for multiple product lines.
• Define software specifications and create technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex software problems and implement bug fixes.
• Interface with internal and external customers for requirement analysis and project scheduling.
• Contribute to technical review boards and suggest improvements to development processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Working knowledge of gRPC, REST, and TCP sockets.
• Experience using Visual Studio.
• Ability to analyze complex information and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills for moderately difficult technical situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or a Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Real-time Control, Motion Control, or Embedded Programming.
• Knowledge of I/O (synchronous and asynchronous), multi-threading, and performance profiling.
• Experience with Matlab and Source Control.
