Description

You will lead technical design, implementation, and testing for complex server-side applications within the Core Brokerage group. You will own the full lifecycle of new features and improvements, from requirement gathering and technical solutioning to shipping the product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex server-side initiatives.
• Drive implementation, testing, and shipping of new features and code improvements.
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical solutioning for product development.
• Own the technical aspects of the Middle Office Core Platform Organization.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, Java/J2EE, Python, or C++.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience leading engineering ownership of complex applications.
• Ability to drive product development from requirements to shipping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial brokerage or Middle Office platforms.
• Background in multi-language environments (Golang, Java, Python, C++).
