You will lead application development and technical delivery for backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Own application development tasks from design through delivery.
• Design and build REST web services using Java at internet scale.
• Optimize high-volume applications and implement caching strategies.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering and backend development.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with AWS services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in Agile environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving and project management skills.
