Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and frameworks.
• Implement technical solutions on Pega 8.8.X and Pega Healthcare Management platforms.
• Develop reusable enterprise components to enhance customer experience and solution scalability.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical designs using Pega BPM methodology.
• Implement Pega integration services and leverage advanced case management capabilities.
• Perform code reviews and design validations to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Provide regular project updates to product owners and leadership teams.
• Resolve escalations and report critical issues to operations leadership when required.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs, configurations, and code artifacts.
• Support packaging, release management, and deployment activities.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application issues while monitoring system performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum meetings and design discussions.
• Optimize operational efficiency, performance, and cost of application assets.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise-level, model-driven business solutions using Pega.
• Experience working across all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
• Proficiency in implementing Pega integration services and advanced case management features.
• Strong experience in business process modeling and workflow design.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues including backend SQL querying and performance tuning.
• Experience with alerting and monitoring tools to maintain service level agreements.
• Strong knowledge of SQL development and database interactions.
• Pega certification such as CLSA (Part 1) or CCSA with understanding of Java frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
