Description

You will lead the design and development of enterprise web applications, balancing frontend React expertise with backend Java services. You own the technical direction for full-stack integration, ensuring scalable microservices and responsive UIs work seamlessly together.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop enterprise applications using Core Java, React, and REST APIs.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, system design discussions, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product owners to deliver agile increments.
• Set up and maintain development and deployment environments on AWS and OpenShift.
• Drive automated testing practices and CI/CD workflows to ensure code quality and release stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and modern Java frameworks for backend services.
• Expertise in frontend development with React and JavaScript.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs within microservices architectures.
• Database development and query optimization skills with Oracle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerized deployments on OpenShift.
• Proven ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
