Description

You will design and implement business-specific Pega solutions, ensuring scalability and high performance. You own the full development lifecycle, from translating complex requirements into technical designs to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design functional and technical solutions using Pega BPM methodology on Pega 8.8.X and Healthcare Management platforms.
• Develop reusable enterprise components and implement advanced case management capabilities to enhance customer experience.
• Implement Pega integration services and optimize application assets for operational efficiency and cost.
• Perform code reviews, design validations, and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Resolve technical escalations, monitor system performance, and report critical issues to operations leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
• Proficiency in Pega 8.8.X and Pega Healthcare Management platforms.
• Strong SQL development skills, including backend querying, database interactions, and performance tuning.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level, model-driven business solutions and workflow design.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and leverage alerting/monitoring tools to maintain SLAs.
• Pega certification (CLSA Part 1 or CCSA) with an understanding of Java frameworks.
• Experience supporting packaging, release management, and deployment activities.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including Scrum meetings and design discussions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical communication skills.
