Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Align engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and support application requirements.
• Plan and implement procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
• Take accountability for technology assets owned by the team.
• Provide leadership to the team for design, configuration, and implementation of middleware products and application design/development.
• Proactively monitor and manage supported assets to assure performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Maximize the efficiency of application assets in terms of operational, performance, and cost metrics.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Java application development with hands-on experience in enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in IVR development and integration, supporting voice-based customer interaction platforms.
• Ability to design, code, test, debug, and enhance complex software applications.
• Strong knowledge of middleware technologies and application integration solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Familiarity with AWS/AWS Cloud environments and cloud-based deployment practices is an advantage.
• Capability to monitor and manage application assets for performance, security, availability, and scalability.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance metrics.
• Leadership skills to guide teams in design, configuration, and implementation of application solutions.
• Ability to align engineering deliverables with overall Technology strategy and business requirements.

Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation in Computer Application, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
