Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for enterprise applications and AI/GenAI services, including L1/L2 triage and incident resolution.
• Monitor application and service performance using APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools and observability practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis to improve system reliability and operational stability.
• Support DevOps activities including deployments, operational readiness, release coordination, and reliability improvements.
• Assist with AI/GenAI operational workflows including model allocation, tracing, telemetry, and observability support.
• Support PTU provision and allocation activities along with associated operational processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve critical incidents and optimize service performance.
• Maintain monitoring dashboards, operational documentation, incident reports, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production support, monitoring, and automation processes.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, support SLAs, and incident management best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in production support and L1/L2 application support environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of GenAI service operations, model allocation, tracing, and observability concepts.
• Experience with APM and monitoring tools for application performance management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with observability platforms, telemetry workflows, and operational monitoring processes.
• Understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis, and operational support best practices.
• Exposure to PTU provisioning and allocation workflows is preferred.
• Familiarity with MySQL, NoSQL databases, and MongoDB.
• Experience with monitoring and support tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
