Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement real-time customer context pipelines for agent experiences.
• Build event-driven systems using Kafka and Amazon Kinesis.
• Develop stream processing applications using Apache Flink or Databricks real-time capabilities.
• Implement enrichment and decisioning services using Python and Scala.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and updates using Terraform.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience delivering cloud-native engineering solutions in AWS-based environments.
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-native engineering and production deployments.
• Python for real-time data processing and service development.
• Kafka for event-driven architecture and streaming data pipelines.
• Apache Flink and/or Databricks for stream processing.

Good to Have:

• Amazon Kinesis for streaming ingestion and event processing.
• Scala for service development and stream processing.
• Docker and Kubernetes exposure for containerized deployments.
• JavaScript, Angular, React, and SQL for adjacent platform and data work.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
