Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent, AI-driven applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
• Implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and ReAct agents.
• Develop scalable and secure REST APIs and user interfaces using FastAPI and Streamlit.
• Apply human-in-the-loop, supervisory controls, and feedback mechanisms to improve model reliability and governance.
• Integrate AI solutions into business workflows, collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams.
• Leverage Databricks and cloud-native tools for large-scale data processing and model training.
• Ensure code quality, validation, and maintainability using Pydantic models and engineering best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and OpenShift, utilizing CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.
• Monitor application health, performance, and reliability using logging, metrics, and observability tools.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support release management, configuration, and deployment activities across environments.
• Conduct peer code reviews, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and integrate microservices and distributed systems, ensuring seamless API communication.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in production-grade applications.
• Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI patterns, LLM orchestration, and prompt workflows.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS using scalable and secure architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
