You lead a Scrum team designing and delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the Scrum Team Plan, estimating and coordinating development tasks across multiple sprints.
• Design and implement scalable, distributed big data solutions processing high data volumes on cloud platforms.
• Develop and optimize Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Champion automation and continuous delivery to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Conduct code reviews and drive architectural discussions to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and building distributed systems.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of big data frameworks like Spark/Scala for batch processing.
• Proven experience designing and implementing highly distributed, scalable systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Experience leading a Scrum team and driving Scrum ceremonies.
• Solid problem-solving abilities with complex, high-traffic applications.
