Lead engineering for AI-driven applications, defining patterns for Python, React, and cloud services while driving the shift to Agentic workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold engineering patterns for Python, React, and cloud services while leading the transition to Agentic workflows.
• Drive AI integration across the software lifecycle and implement Model Context Protocol to bridge local development with LLM-based assistants.
• Establish quality gates for security, performance, LLM observability, hallucination mitigation, and bias detection.
• Optimize cloud architectures for cost-efficiency and lead AI FinOps by balancing token usage and inference costs against business outcomes.
• Mentor engineers on Agentic AI tools and shift team focus from manual boilerplate to high-level system design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks.
• Expert-level Azure or AWS proficiency, including Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong background in Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Experience building AI-ready CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of REST and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Vector Databases and LangChain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating enterprise platforms like Workday HCM or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and data privacy in regulated environments.
• Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable AI microservices.
