Description

You will lead technical delivery, manage engineering teams, and oversee the full development lifecycle from design to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications, including HLD, LLD, and data models.
• Manage module delivery, user stories, and the end-to-end release process.
• Mentor team members by setting FAST goals, providing feedback, and managing technical growth.
• Perform defect RCA, mitigate quality issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Maven and Jira.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring and debugging.
• Strong understanding of DBMS and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to develop, debug, and document test cases and results.
• Proven capability in effort estimation and project scheduling.
• Experience in code reviews and maintaining engineering process compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant domain or technology certifications.
