Description

You will lead the development of custom software solutions integrating traditional backend systems with AI components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team through large-scale, customized software projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define user stories and assign technical tasks.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers.
• Maintain 10–20% hands-on involvement in developing, debugging, and testing applications.
• Manage AWS-based deployments, including CI/CD scripts and Lambda functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong backend development expertise in Python and JavaScript.
• Frontend experience using Angular (version 10 or higher).
• Broad knowledge of AWS services and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience managing CI/CD scripts and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to integrate AI components into custom applications.
• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and debugging applications.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners.
