Description

Lead technical operations and data engineering for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar marketing automation platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health daily to identify, analyze, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Manage AJO admin activities, including user access management and channel issues for Email, SMS, and Push notifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for campaigns through active management and querying.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, configurations, and known issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or production support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for data management and querying.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET.
• Ability to read and interpret personalization fields within communication templates.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
