You will lead the technical direction and execution for software development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and review system architecture and technical solutions.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable code.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Plan sprint activities and manage task priorities using Agile/Scrum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development using Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in System Design and Microservices architecture.
• Experience building and consuming APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
