Description

Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring alignment with the technical roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural discussions and evaluate design choices for enterprise-grade products.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Own and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and development patterns.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through complex development challenges.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
• 3–4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including RESTful services.
• Strong, hands-on experience architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to perform performance analysis, scalability design, and fault tolerance planning.
• Experience hardening applications against CVE vulnerabilities and managing security requirements.
