Description

Lead data modeling and visualization efforts to provide actionable insights across multiple business units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design data models from scratch to support data collection and Tableau visualizations.
• Acquire, profile, and transform data from diverse sources to create desktop and server-based dashboards.
• Analyze complex claims, membership, and demographic data to identify trends and patterns.
• Implement release management automation processes using VSTS and TFS.
• Investigate data abnormalities and support ad hoc analytical requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets.
• Expertise in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with Teradata and SSRS.
• Strong data management skills, including extraction, scrubbing, and transformation.
• Proven ability to perform QA and reasonableness checks on data.
• Experience with VSTS and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Product Development, Marketing, Actuarial, or RPA teams.
