Lead technical architecture, team mentorship, and hands-on development for AI-driven full-stack applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture for AI tools, documenting key decisions and establishing engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and coaching while prioritizing work across multiple workstreams.
• Build full-stack solutions using React/Angular, Python/FastAPI, and TypeScript, including GenAI features like RAG and agentic workflows.
• Architect and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring secure deployments and robust CI/CD practices.
• Drive monitoring, observability, and L2/L3 support processes to maintain application health and model performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience shipping production applications using React or Angular for frontends and FastAPI or Node.js for backends.
• Hands-on expertise with OpenAI APIs, LLM workflows, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong experience deploying and operating on AWS services such as Lambda, S3, containers, and API Gateway.
• Proficient in SQL with experience managing large datasets and cloud data warehouses like Redshift or Snowflake.
• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical direction and mentoring engineering teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases and LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake for data and feature pipeline design.
• Strong CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
