You will lead cross-functional software, quality, and reliability engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage technical teams, providing mentorship and coaching to junior and senior engineers.
• Own architectural decision-making for product features, refactoring, and EOSL decisions.
• Drive technical documentation, including runbooks and support guides, and lead sprint ceremonies.
• Manage production and customer issues under pressure using deep troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborate with architects and leadership on strategic technical direction and engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in Java and SpringBoot.
• 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing cloud-native microservices using GCP SDKs and Kubernetes.
• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 7+ years of experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
• Experience with automated testing using JUnit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing big data processing solutions using Dataflow, Apache Beam, BigQuery, or PubSub.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
