Description

You will lead engineering teams focused on software delivery and own the architectural vision for enterprise-class systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams by assessing talent and motivating staff.
• Architect enterprise-class, cloud-based systems spanning mobile, web services, and back-end infrastructure.
• Scope complex projects, manage risks and opportunities, and drive them through completion.
• Deliver software engineering and cross IT/business initiatives using modern techniques.
• Manage multimillion-dollar operating budgets and multi-year financial planning.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience leading engineering teams in software delivery.
• 8+ years of experience building solutions with event-driven architecture.
• 5+ years of experience within the health care domain.
• Proficiency with application development stacks including Java and Python.
• Proficiency with database technologies, including RDBMS and NoSQL.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Applied expertise in software engineering methodologies, including automation and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to partner strategically in a highly matrixed environment.
