Description

You will lead an engineering team developing a Data Platform and Change Management System for over 100,000 connected agents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of software engineers.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery using C#, Microsoft Azure, and the Elastic Stack.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement Agile methodologies to improve development processes and team communication.
• Set team objectives and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Proven ability to manage complex software projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience in data platforms or configuration management systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automated testing.
