Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities.
• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Set the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration.
• Anticipate dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and team's work in accordance with compliance standards and business requirements.
• Create a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect for team members while prioritizing diverse representation.

Experience Required: 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts, experience leading technology projects and managing technologists, proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods, practical cloud native experience with AWS, and in-depth knowledge of financial services industry
