Description

You will lead engineering teams while maintaining hands-on ownership of architecture, design, and coding for AI/ML platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to scale distributed applications and make architectural trade-offs using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
• Build multi-tier, high-volume, user-centric applications that operate 24x7 with continuous integration.
• Coach engineers on craftsmanship and code review to deliver speed and quality.
• Develop the long-term technology roadmap for AI/ML platforms alongside senior management.
• Manage engineering performance and career development while owning design and architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years of hands-on technical management.
• 5+ years of software design and coding in Java or C++.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Distributed Systems.
• Proven experience in Software Design and Architecture Design.
• Demonstrated Technical Leadership and People Management capabilities.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of management experience in building teams.
• 3+ years of experience with production-grade systems and large-scale project delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, video processing, and multi-GPU optimization.
