Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable full-stack solutions while managing technical strategy, code quality, and personnel development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers across multiple technology stacks including C++, C#, and Python.
• Drive end-to-end software delivery, ensuring planning, execution, quality assurance, and release readiness.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps to align engineering work with business priorities.
• Establish engineering best practices for coding, reviews, testing, and secure development governance.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development of team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience with significant technical leadership or people management roles.
• Strong proficiency in C++, C#, Python, and .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with Full Stack Development, REST APIs, JavaScript, and Agile Methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex software products or platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ASP.NET, TypeScript, Angular, React, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.
