Description

Lead a team of software engineers to deliver cloud-native financial services applications using Java, React, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily tasks, design, and technical troubleshooting for immediate team members.
• Set expectations for team output, practices, and cross-team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues for operational stability.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and React for full-stack development.
• Practical experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience leading technology projects and managing technologists.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and automation.
• Understanding of financial services industry requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Continuous delivery methods and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI/LLM knowledge and proficiency in designing cloud-native solutions.
