Description

You will lead the backend engineering team for a cloud-based eCommerce platform, overseeing architecture, team development, and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to drive professional growth.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable cloud-native APIs and data services.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and DevOps to define technical requirements and scope.
• Maintain software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience within an eCommerce background.
• Strong technical background in designing and troubleshooting cloud-native applications.
• Demonstrated experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and technical risks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
