You will lead end-to-end software engineering projects, providing technical direction for C++ development and managing team performance against milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for C++ software development.
• Oversee analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry best practices.
• Allocate resources, set goals, and monitor team performance against project milestones.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain software quality and compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and manage team members, including recruitment and performance reviews.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development with strong C++ expertise.
• Proficiency in C++ and C#.
• Proven experience in engineering and people management roles.
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in Project Management and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex software systems.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
