Description

You will lead a team of software engineers within the Singularity Data Lake area to build foundational security services and ecosystem integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers and foster continuous learning within the group.
• Partner with product management to deliver and evolve foundational software services.
• Drive design decisions to improve product architecture and enforce engineering best practices.
• Identify areas for proactive improvement based on team findings.
• Balance the delivery of long-term strategic goals with short-term objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 6+ people in an enterprise-level SaaS organization.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Proven track record of planning and project execution.
• Ability to manage on-call rotations and maintain operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills for articulating requirements and positioning.
• Experience working effectively with both local and remote teams across different time zones.
• Action-oriented mindset with a focus on customer needs.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on development experience with proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or Rust.
• Experience implementing highly scalable services for first-party and third-party integrations.
