Description

Lead a team of 8+ engineers building data engineering solutions, infrastructure, and analytical tools for Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile engineering team to design, test, and support technical solutions across multiple product domains.
• Oversee IAM data, repositories, and controls to ensure security, availability, and scalability.
• Partner with product managers and architects to develop technical strategies and actionable product roadmaps.
• Manage recruitment, performance, and professional development for individual contributor engineers.
• Drive operational efficiency through capacity planning, automation, and predictive trend analysis.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of total IT experience with at least 9+ years in data and analytics engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development or DevOps methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL processing, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle.
• Technical knowledge of IAM, CyberArk, and password vault infrastructure.
• Proficiency in EDA and data science/machine learning concepts.
• Understanding of CCNA and network components.
