Key Skills: React, Java, ReactJS, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise UI and backend services using ReactJS and Java/Spring Boot, including API design and integration patterns.
• Drive microservices architecture and end-to-end delivery across SDLC to production support for a complex enterprise ecosystem.
• Design and build LLM-powered applications in Python, including RAG solutions and embeddings-based retrieval with vector search.
• Implement agentic workflows using LangChain/LangGraph (or equivalent orchestration) and integrate GenAI services into platform workflows via APIs.
• Own production stability for both platform and AI components, leading incident triage, root cause analysis, and preventative fixes.

Skills Required:

• 11 - 13+ years of software engineering experience with 2-4+ years in a technical lead or engineering manager role
• Java and Spring Boot for backend services and enterprise integrations.
• ReactJS for UI development and UI integration patterns.
• REST API and microservices architecture for distributed system delivery.
• Python, LLMs, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) with vector database concepts.

Good to Have:

• Agentic AI experience for tool-using and multi-step agent workflows.

Education: Any bachelor's degree
