Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software engineering teams, ensuring delivery of production-ready services and applications.
• Design and implement solutions using Go and Python, aligned to data integrity and quality requirements.
• Drive research and pilot initiatives for new technologies, including GenAI/LLM use cases.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure management and automation using Terraform and container platforms.
• Ensure operational excellence through observability practices and reliable CI/CD workflows.

Skills Required:

• 11+ years of relevant software engineering experience; 3+ years managing software engineering teams
• AWS (infrastructure and services)
• Go (Golang) for backend/service development
• Python for application and GenAI/LLM development
• CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)

Good to Have:

• Agentic AI and AI agent development experience

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
