Description

Lead engineering teams to build next-generation on-premises AI infrastructure and manage large-scale distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for major projects and manage engineers across multiple teams and locations.
• Build large-scale AI clusters using hardware-to-software integration, AI acceleration technologies, and cluster interconnects.
• Oversee deployment of international projects, manage product budgets, and define engineering team goals.
• Drive product strategy and optimize code performance across information retrieval, NLP, and distributed computing systems.
• Mentor engineers and ensure effective workload management for AI systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership.
• Strong background in AI Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence system design.
• Expertise in Distributed Computing and Large-Scale System Design.
• Experience with Project Management and Cloud Computing.
• Ability to manage product strategy and large product budgets.
• Experience with enterprise-grade solutions and multi-site deployments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and information retrieval.
• Knowledge of natural language processing, networking, and security.
• Familiarity with data compression and hardware to software integration.
